Propose Adding 'Up For Grabs' Link for Personal Contributions #112

I propose adding Up For Grabs to our class website's Contributing to Projects section. "Up For Grabs" is a platform that lists open source projects specifically tagging issues as "good first issues". Can be very helpful for finding good personal code contributions.

Similarly, goodfirstissue.dev is another good resource

I am not opposed to this, but I cannot really endorse these. I never had much luck using any of the sites like this. But if someone wants to add them to the list with a heading like: alternative ways of finding contributions, I am cool with that.
