file chooser dialog has no title bar and isn't resizeable #110

I'm running Advanced Find in gedit 3.8.1 on Ubuntu 13.10.  I have GTK 3.8.1.

When I press the "..." button to the right of the Directory field, I see a file 
chooser dialog which looks odd: it has no title bar and is not resizeable.  See 
attached screenshot.

I can't reproduce this in my system.(Archlinux, Gnome3.8.1, gedit3.8.1)
Maybe it's a bug of ubuntu.
