In this section are grouped the business rules, non-functional requirements, and other constraints. It also includes the assumptions that the team will embody in the project.
Business rules
The Business Rules (BR) are the source of many business decisions. The can change over time and can have impact on more than on use case. Therefore, it is important to identify and track them. The non-compliance of this business rules could affect the acceptance (or the permanency) of the student in IPCA's residence.
BR01: - Student Applying - The student that applies must already be registered in IPCA;
BR02: - Applying Deadline - All applications must be submited before september 1st;
BR03: - Check-in - When the student is accepted in IPCA's residence he must do the check-in;
BR04: - Purchase Ticket - The students can eat in the canteen of the residence as long as they get a ticket 12 hours after the meal;
BR05: - Laundry Services - The students can wash their clothes in the residence between 9AM and 9PM;
BR06: - Residence Rules - The students can't smoke inside the residence and must keep their room clean.
Non-functional requirements
Most of the Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) are implicit in the condition:
NFR01: - Web Platform - The "applying" component should run in a Web platform;
NFR02: - Student Account - The users should use the IPCA's email account to login;
NFR03: - Web Browser - The system should be compatible with the current version or higher of the Safari, Chrome, and Firefox browsers. Etc;
NFR04: - Cleaning Services - The residence should have a cleaning crew;
NFR05: - Essencial Needs - The residence should always have eletricity and water at all time.
Assumptions and constraints
All constraints and decisions that have a relevant impact on the project, should be explicitly mentioned and documented:
AC01: - Deadlines - The project should be ready for deployment in the beginning of next school year;
AC02: - Languages - The "applying" component will support Portuguese and English languages Etc;
Technical requirements
In this section are grouped the business rules, non-functional requirements, and other constraints. It also includes the assumptions that the team will embody in the project.
