...But then I noticed that a lot of vehicles move reaaaally slowly. The majority ... service vehicles ..., especially garbage trucks and hearses seem to be the problem (so the services that have multiple targets). ... I also see passenger cars and trucks moving too slowly.
I put Traffic++ in Ghost Mode, but nothing changed. I used Traffic Managers "Clear all Vehicles" Option, but all new spawning Garbage Trucks were just as slow as before, and hearses waited in front of the cemetry for about 30s before starting to move (also really slowly).
I also used an older save with none of the Great Pilgrimage vehicles, still the same problem. I'm not sure if this happens because of Traffic++, since it also happens in ghost mode. It's just really strange because it started happening with the patch today. I patched after the hotfix for truck spawning (about 2 or 3 hours ago). ...
... I just started the game again, and when I load the savegames from yesterday now, everything works fine again. When I load the broken version from today however (the one I linked you), there are slow vehicles again (there is a garbage truck on the roundabout in the industrial zone that is moving slow for example - industrial zone should be the first thing you see when you load).
But whenever I loaded into a savegame now, it told me that T++ detected an incompatible mod and recommends me to stop playing (didn't happen when I started 3 hours ago). I restarted the game again. Now I didn't get the incompatibility message.

Since I loaded the save from yesterday I had to let the "Great Pilgrimage" vehicles move away again and clear the whole traffic once because there were some stuck vehicles. Now garbage trucks and hearses move out perfectly fine and fast. I hope it stays this way for now!
Looks like flying / off-road vehicles bug is fixed, seen several confirmations of this now but perhaps too early to judge just yet.
Is it possible that the speeds of vehicle instances are getting stored in saves, and then being made slower each save due to re-application of 'realistic speeds'?
