Discrepancies in highlighting of sensitive data

The Glacier doc highlights critically sensitive data in red, and moderately sensitive data in yellow. Many of these highlights are missing or incorrect in this new doc format. Except where noted below, all of these were correct in the old PDF doc.

4.1 Generate Cold Storage Data:

• The "Example output:" of entropy is missing the red highlights on the numbers
• "GlacierScript will output your cold storage data" missing highlights:
  • on bullet points (missing in original)
  • on terminal output
• "Copy-paste the redemption script" missing highlight
• "Verify the cold storage address" address should also be highlighted; later in the sentence missing highlight

4.2 Transfer Cold Storage Data to paper

• "When comparing the redemption script" two highlights missing

4.5 Store Cold Storage Data:

• 2a "private key" should be red (missing in original)
• 2d "Cold Storage Information Packets" should be red, not yellow

5.1 Preparation

• "Identify a set of transaction IDs" missing yellow highlight
• Same for next two instructions
• "substituting the unspent transaction ID" missing yellow highlight
• "Example page contents" of UTXO is missing yellow highlight
• 6.a "Cold Storage Information Packets" should be red, not nothing
• 6.a.i. "Cold Storage Information Packets" should be red, not yellow

5.2 Transaction Construction:

• 2a(ii)3: QR-Code data missing yellow highlight
• Raw signed transaction missing yellow highlight
• "It is important to enter the private keys" missing red highlight
