Hello,

I had some issue when I have tried to build this project and run tests:

When building tests, linker complains of missing CppAD symbol (maybe new with CppAD 2024)
Compiler complains of redefinition of std::map
Tests fail if gcc is not installed at /usr/bin/gcc
FindCppAD.cmake can't find cppad_lib when using CPPAD_HOME hints
