Oh I see what you mean. The actual meaningful data is actually stored in Roaming/Join Desktop though. I'm not sure why that "com" folder is created at all... Maybe something to do with the installation process?

Yes, I found that too. But if you look in AppData > Roaming > Join Desktop that's where the real app data is stored. :)

I'm afraid that the path %LOCALAPPDATA%\com could be a bit too generic. Why not %LOCALAPPDATA%\Join instead? (or %LOCALAPPDATA%\joaomgcd\Join).
