Mark unsupported books #86

It is a bit frustrating to try and create a game and be welcomed by a "book not supported yet" message. However it is great to be able to go to any book information.

Sounds like a excelent idea. This was one of the first features I developed and I never refactored it.

  • In the Gamebook list, one should mark unsupported books differently (greyed out for instance), but keep them clickable)
  • In the Cover view, the "Start new adventure button" should be replaced by a "Adventure not supported yet" label, or something.
