Add timestamp to filename when saving recording

MacOS like naming convention for saved screenshots.

Filename now: Recording 2021-02-04 at 17.43.30.gif

I usually create a bunch of gifs in a day and it's hard to tell which is which with the original naming of recording.gif and recording (1).gif
