Does this support any of the new JS dependencies? #4

Bootstrap-select's current version 1.4.3 and Angular's latest version 1.2.14 — both seem to cry foul with this bootstrap-select-plugin. Any plans to update?

I updated the versions of dependencies bootstrap-select v1.5.2
