Facebook video download and gif to video converter #19

I used the 'you-get' project to download videos from facebook. It work with mobile or website. To convert the gif link to video, I used the ffmpeg program.

The YouGet project uses Python3, so my "Pull Request" will require that "whatsapp-bot-seed" uses Python3 too. Feel free to refuse it.

Yeah, I'll not merge because of python3, although I should migrate do python3... One day I will... But I'll let here for reference.. Thanks!
