Add support for typist-lsp when using typist-mode or typist-ts-mode #1319

I chose to use https://github.com/Ziqi-Yang/typst-mode.el and https://git.sr.ht/~meow_king/typst-ts-mode as the base since some users may already be using typst-mode. I am open to removing typst-mode as it is publicly archived as of now.

As explained in the README, this is not the upstream anymore. Submit patches to Emacs
