Fix #504: Explicitly export symbols from DEFPACKAGE #511

Try to make SBCL happier by exporting all symbols in the DEFPACKAGE form.

The existing IMPORT and EXPORT functions are left for backwards compatibility with external contribs.

Sorry, I just realized that I've had this sitting on my computer for a while now! I've been running it for close to two months (along with the :around-compile hook commented out) without any issue. I decided to not remove that :around-compile stuff for now in order to minimize the chance of breakage in case I missed something.
