3 months ago Yes Rust already using LLVM 17 since 1.73 (October 2023?).
I dont know if current LLVM passes work out of the box on 17 as this PoC is based on Hikari... there are other candidates however:

The Docker setup here still seems to have LLVM 16 and Rust 1.70.0, which at this point is far behind the current stable as well.
