Add license #9

Please add a license (MIT, for example). At the moment everyone has to assume that all the code is all rights reserved and can't be used.

+1 I just found this looking for a solution to run python code in an app and it seems to be built with the intention to allow other people to use it, but without a license that isn't possible

Something about the license was added in commit 4d2b25331d6c0b3b250fcd07536b667cac89d70b.
