Text and Text-Condensed report formatters copy the entire resource folder #790

When formatting a test report with the Text or Test-Condensed report formatter 
(Xslt-based), the entire contents of the resource folder is copied as well.

It appears that the empty trait <resourcePaths></resourcePaths> in 
Gallio.Reports.plugin is parsed as string[] into 'string[1] { "" }' instead of 
an empty string. The empty string cause the entire root folder to be copied.
