Moved around correct button and late response coding to get dprime to output correctly. Particularly a problem with T1 where no responses had max rt window put in for their RT instead of NA

Looks like the previous pull request created two instances of the recoding. The recoding needs to be done at the beginning, before the individual module recodes and needs to be deleted at the end.
