Add .github/workflows/ci.yml for continuous testing #54

Adds a workflow file for continuous integration / testing on pull requests made to the repository. Github Actions is free for public repositories and has a rich plugin ecosystem for R.

The workflow file is set up to:

Run on all pull requests & pushes to master
The workflow will checkout this repository, install R 4.05
Install renv and all the dependencies specified in the repository
Run all tests using testthat

Looks like we'll need to enable Github Actions for the repository, before it can actually run. @monicathieu are you able to make me an admin on this repository so I can set up Github Actions? I'm unable to see the "Settings" tab for the repo

I appear not to have sufficient permissions to enable GitHub Actions either! I also don't have the Settings tab.

@joaquinanguera would you be able to enable, or add either of us with admin permissions? To enable:

Settings tab on this repo
Actions section on the left-hand nav bar of the Settings page
In the settings on the top of the Actions subpage, choose: "Allow all actions and reusable workflows"
