Updated to support the RGBW bulbs. #6

I've updated all the bin/ scripts to add the RGBW bulbs. Additionally created a new fade_down function to match the fade_up.

I've just received my bulbs and have plans for a few others things. Will add the code to the project if they work as I have planned.
