[x] Display the newest offers at the top naturally for now instead of the oldest ones.
[x] Have an "Ordered by" box with two options (Oldest first, Newest first)
I feel that our search parameters may change greatly, but for usability right now, I think this is good (and we'll certainly still want these functions later too).
[x] Three checked checkboxes with the words Services, Goods, Knowledge and when they are unchecked, it removes one of the categories from the search results.
