I imagine them as clickable boxes.

[ ] Allow them to be clickable boxes (you can click as many as you want) to search by on the offers/requests page
[ ] If none are selected, it auto-searches all
[ ] Have 'trade' auto-selected on all current offers/requests (if possible)

For offers:

Trade CAPS Sale Rent Lend Give

For requests:

Trade CAPS Purchase Rent Borrow Free

Allow CAPS amount. Do not allow $ amount (this would be premium feature).
