Auto-Add to organization with special code #134

Once Organizations exist, can we add another field to the page where new users fill out their postal code and agree to the terms? This new field would be where they can enter a special 'organization' code that auto-adds them to the organization and allows them to exist in a place without a pod.

Why don't we just let the admin inviting the person specify which organization(s) the new user should be added to once they accept the invite and sign up? That seems a lot simpler than some sort of "secret code".

Sure. That would amount to the same thing. Can we allow organisation managers to invite people to organisations too? Maybe they can even have a list of everyone in their organisation. And we can have lists of everyone in which pod/org/etc.
