Basically, we have two lists in mailchimp that should be one list. That one list should have a yes/no for receiving newsletters (which I have created).
For usability, we should have everyone's postal code...Unless we want to allow users to sign up without a postal code as 'global' users that join organisations but do not exist within pods. This would be interesting as a feature for privacy but would complicate location-based search results. I would imagine users can search for results in multiple organisations simultaneously.
