Basic Income Organisation #141

Create an organisation for Basic Income advocates and supporters. Give leadership to specific individuals that are working hard on the initiative. Allow them to create requests that will benefit basic income and allow them to distribute CAPS to users who are fulfilling those requests.

Jamie, I love your ideals. BI is more or less the only way that we as a global society will be able to finally sort things out. Today there's a giant sword of damacles hanging over the head of anyone who dares step out of line, and that's gotta be put to an end. BI = a provision for human freedom....

BTW, if anyone's wondering global per capita income is now >10k USD/yr. There's no longer any excuse for allowing people to wallow in poverty.
