Have profile generated with account creation (Rails5) #184

Currently, when someone creates an account, they need to create a profile separately. If they have not yet created a profile and click on 'my account-->my profile, they get this page https://joatuv2-pr-170.herokuapp.com/en/profiles/Anonymous
