Search can be set naturally to search for all accepted currencies, but also to have a single click button to search only for results for people who accept Caps. That way it's not too complex and promotes Caps at the same time.
Search should also be able to select All/Trade/Rent/Sale/Free (Loan should fall under 'rent' and 'free' or other or not exist at all?)
