Pods Page with Google Maps Display #69

Whenever we have a new user with their geo-location, it adds them into a pod and is displayed on a google map showing the borders of the pod and the number of people within that border.

Also, in another color, whenever someone requests an invite, it shows how many people within a certain distance so we can always know where to focus our attention on next to try to get another pod started.

The first part of this is done, and the second is better served by a filter or other notification, which will be handled in issue #87
