Offers/Requests do not work for Podless Person #86

The postal code starts with H4K and they don't have a pod.

These links just don't work for them:

http://alpha.joatu.org/en/requests

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature (the fact that the pages don't work for them, haha).
