py-radix is dead #27

doesn't build on with modern Python version... and is the sole dependency of this lib.

I don't have an immediate solution how to address the death of py-radix, but perhaps this alternative project https://github.com/lamehost/aggregate-prefixes from my friend @lamehost helps you with whatever prefix aggregation task you have at hand?

I'm currently working with py-radix upstream on getting the downstream-only patches upstream.
