bonus points: hexdump trailing data _after_ a shutdown communication #4

To debug possible future efforts or non-compliant implementations, bonus points if any trailing data after a shutdown communication is dumped as hex in the syslog

no scratch that, probably not all, the other Cease subcodes may already have code. If you hexdump for the ones that dont that would probably be fine
