Added the values for the " Hichi" " Volkszähler Lesekopf, now this is also generating a device in Domotics, and allows you to do Smart metering. ( see: https://www.ebay.de/itm/314152997777 )

Thank you! Looks good. I don’t know this device, could you add a link to where this device is discussed? Ebay links are usually not very long lived and biased
