In addition to the future ILmerge was substituted with Fody and Costura. Also: When this PR is merged to release (or afterwards master) I can integrate all the latest changes to the Jobbr.MsSql.StorageProvider. The tests have an hard dependency on the Jobbr.Server itself (and I didn't wanted to use a feature-branch as base for my changes)
