A number of the use cases (nos. 11, 13, 15, 20 & 21) involve tracking change in "job requirements" for a job description/posting. While we have not yet defined "job requirements" in terms of scope, I'm going to assume here that we mean, at a minimum, changes in:
competencies
credentials
experiences
Change could be triggered by the addition of a new requirement or the deletion or significant revision of an existing requirement. How do we foresee ferreting out or documenting such change? Will there be automated means to compare job posting/description submissions and determine change? Should change be expressed in the metadata (creationDate/dateModified).
