Many properties in the JDX model reference value vocabularies such as existing concepts in concept schemes (e.g., O*Net 'skills', HR Open code lists etc.) and competencies in competency frameworks (e.g., CER). To what extent does the JDX implementation/AI algorithms require those value vocabularies to be locally hosted as opposed to being referenced (linked from source). In other words, do all such value vocabularies need to be ingested in full into the JDX and periodically refreshed for the AI work to be effective.
