Create Keepass 2 database upon creation of new database #28

With removing Keepass 1 database code a new created database now needs to have Keepass 2 format.

With 43d6de4bff31a6e8f878259ffd1388af60fde003 it works now with predefined crypto (AES), kdf (Argon2) and transformation rounds (10) values for the new database.
