Filter and edit categories in adressbook #93

At the moment it is only possible to select categories while writing a mail. It would be useful if it is possible to add / edit / delete for Categories in the adressbook-tab of Thunderbird. Also filtering for categories in your adressbook-contacts is of value, e.g. if you want to contact them by other means than e-mail. Thanks

We have the CategoryManager Button in the main Thunderbird Window and in the next ESR (Summer 2023) we will have it also in the address book tab.

The address book UI is still new and the Thunderbird Team needs to add more hooks for add-ons to interact with it. It will need time.
