Can you force update your addons (in the gear menu in the Thunderbird add-on manager) and check if it has been fixed?
The reason was a infinitly recurring event with a lot of exceptions.

[ X] Yes, I have installed the latest available (beta) version from https://github.com/jobisoft/TbSync/releases and my issue is not yet fixed, I can still reproduce it.
Expected behavior
TbSync to synchronize with my remote Outlook calendar ...
Actual behavior
I go to TB account manager, click the box next to Calendar, click the Synchronize now button, the status changes to Synchronizing (13/66), and the Status remains "Waiting for remote changes" as the seconds tick by indefinitely into the negatives. The local calendar remains unsynched. ...
Steps to reproduce
I updated TB, TBSync, and Provider for Exchange ActiveSync. Exact same result every time I try to Sync. ...
To help resolving your issue, enable debug logging (TbSync Account Manager -> Help) and send me the debug.log via e-mail (use the title of your issue as subject of the email).
