We are in the same situation. I found a TBSYNC version that works but we need the EAS Thank you

I updated TBSYNC too to a version for TB 128, using the makefile.bat in github.

For EAS there is no version for current TB 128 version yet. Editing the manifest.json of EAS and makefile.bat after this does not work.
