Window Sizing Issues on Mac #367

I've noticed some window sizing issues on Mac that affect operation.

If I'm on the main Thunderbird window, and Choose QuickText, then it appears. In the left pane, the templates list has 5 elements. The save button is visible in the bottom left corner of the screen.

If I click on a displayed template, the templates selection widget resizes to 6 rows. The template edit form appears. The Save button is no longer visible. To save, you have to size the QuickText window to be larger. Once that's done, the Save button is visible.

Is this an issue in Thunderbird, or in the plugin?

Also, I've noticed that the "grabber" to size the templates list isn't visible on Mac. On Windows, it's pretty visible where to grab to make the templates list wider. On Mac, you just have to put the mouse pointer say 15 pixels to the right of the list. There's just no visual indicator there. Then, the shape of the cursor will change to resize. Is this an issue in Thunderbird or QuickText?

Tried to reproduce on Windows 10 and couldn't.

I mentioned another problem when trying to reproduce.

Here on Windows 10 the Quicktext settings window always resets the height to 450 pixel. The position of the window as well es the width is remembered correctly. Probably that height value isn't read correctly from the storage.
