Combine sequels into a single title

Hello, I haven't seen this feature being mentioned anywhere and I think it would be pretty useful.

A lot of websites do not put different chapters of the same story under the same URL but rather upload each separate, making the act of reading them one after the other pretty anmoying (e-hentai being the perfect example).

So my idea is just lets us select a bunch of titles that we already added, select "combine" and just put the chapters one after the other (letting us choose the order).

Kinda like this:

So instead of 4 titles with 1 chapter each, we end with 1 title with all 4 chapters inside.

The order could probably be determined by the release dates.

This would not be entirely reliable as plenty of these releases are translated out of order or have v2 releases.
