Add option in mangadex settings to filter out external urls

Describe your suggested feature

the extension used in main tachi already filters out external url chapters using the includeExternalUrl field in /chapter and wherever else applicable

sy/neko skip that filter in favor of seeing chapters from m+ and being able to read them

but there are instead licensors that aren't currently supported and cause errors while updating the entries and what not

Would it be possible to add a setting in More > Settings > MangaDex to filter out external urls ? Much appreciated

You can already filter out groups by their ID in the extension settings, just go to the licensed chapters on MangaDex, go to the group's page, and copy paste their ID into "Block groups by UUID"
