Webview not possible when an extension fails to load #952

Steps to reproduce

Load a specific source like nhentai
Hope that you encounter a cloudflare error, which makes the extension fail.

Expected behavior

It just tells me that there's nothing to load. No error either.

Actual behavior

There should be a button that lets me open the webview so that I can perform the captcha there and continue browsing. In normal Tachiyomi, it'll show a cloudflare error and prompt me to open the webview.

This is specifically a problem with the combined Latest/Browse view. As a workaround you can get out of the view by either disabling it entirely at Settings->Browse->Replace latest button or by performing a search or filter.
