Sipdroid crashes immediately every time I attempt to start it, even after reinstall #745

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to run the Sipdroid application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to be able to use/configure the Sipdroid program, instead receive a
"Sorry! The application Sipdroid (process org.sipdroid.sipua) has stopped
unexpectedly. Please try again." crash message. This happens immediately every
time I try to start the program.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
2.0 beta on Motorola Droid 2.2 FRG22D

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Was in the middle of configuring it for a new PBXes account

Which type of network are you using?
Verizon

Please provide any additional information below.
It first crashed when I upgraded to 2.0 and was in the middle of configuring
it. Tried powering phone off and on, power off and remove battery, clear
application data, uninstall and reinstall Sipdroid. Nothing I have tried
allows me to re-enter the program. Assume the configuration is corrupt, but
don't know how to clear it and it survives reinstallation.
