"+" takes as "011" in regular dialer #784

Whenever I am trying to make a call on regular dialer with "+" at the end
dialer take "+" as "011". For example if I want to call 212-xxx-yyyy thru sip
I would have to put 212-xxx-yyyy+ on the regular dialer right? But my phone
just dials "212-xxx-yyyy011" or "011-212-xxxxyyy011" I think it must be my
dialer problem rather than sipdroid. I am using Rubix 1.8 dialer on droid x.
Same thing happens for "DialOne" app. Any hints??
