Auto-reconnect doesn't work #796

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connected to either WiFi or 3G, disconnect from network momentarily 
2. Sipdroid has Green light showing connection
3. No calls will connect from Sipgate to Sipdroid
4. Clicking back into Sipdroid re-connects, and everything works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Sipgate message log says number is busy, after re-starting Sipdroid everything 
works as planned

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Sipdroid 2.0.1 beta, Verizon Droid X Android 2.2

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
Sipgate, PBXes does the same

Which type of network are you using?
Verizon 3G and WiFi

Please provide any additional information below.

Confirming this issue on HTC Wildfire with Android 2.2.1.

Confirming this issue, Motorola XT860 on Bell Mobility (Canada) running Android 
2.3.6 (5.2.476.XT860.BellMobility.en.CA) and Sipdroid 2.5 Beta.
