Pressing mute on Nexus S's headset plays music files to all (does not mute mic) #817

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place a call
2. Connect headset
3. Press headset mute button
4. Music player is activated, sound plays to all on parties in the call
5. Press headset mute button
6. Music is paused

What is the expected output? 
Mute headset mic

What do you see instead?
Music player is activated, sound plays to all on parties in the call
Second press - Music is paused
After the call, if you go to music player, it indicates the file and position 
of where it was paused. Music player was not active before the call.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
Nexus S
2.3.1
kernel 2.6.35.7-g7f1638a

Which SIP server are you using? 
pbxes.org and Google Voice

What happens with PBXes?
Nothing, call continues until ending it the usual way

Which type of network are you using?
Wifi or 3G - same result
