Outgoing calls shouldn't be tried simultaniously on both accounts

I am using SIPdroid with two providers / two accounts.

The first offers me free outgoing calls (but only via WLAN through my internal 
network), 

the second only plays a recording about low credits when calling out. But I can 
be reached over their number through 3g network.

Now when I dial out, sipdroid seems to try both accounts at the same time, 
leading to me hearing the recording most of the time when in reality I would be 
able to dial out properly over account #1.

Summary:
Please allow us to set up an outgoing call policy, so that we can decide which 
accounts should be used for outgoing calls, and which are fallbacks or shouldnt 
be used at all.

I absolutely agree with this comment. Has there been any development done in 
that direction?

I have also two accounts: one company, one home account and would like to use 
certain numbers for internal company calls only from the company account and 
other numbers from my home account.
