No WLAN after 3G enabled #862

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a working connection over WLAN
2. Enable 3G option in the settings of sipdroid
3. Switch off the display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The SIP connection should still be available over WLAN but instead it is 
available over 3G and WLAN is deactivated.

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
sipdroid 2.1 on Android 2.2.1

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
PBXes

Which type of network are you using?
WLAN/3G

Please provide any additional information below.
Everything works but I don't like to use 3G when WLAN would be possible. 
sipdroid should only use 3G if there is no active WLAN connection.
