add ability to pick contacts from address book #871

while on call the "transfer" button only pop up a dialog box. it would be nice 
to be able to pick a name from the contact list rather than having to type the 
numbers every time.

like me, i think most people now-a-days do not remember all the phone numbers 
by heart! :) Thank you!
