If Default Server = Preference Server SD Uses 3G to register even if 3G is unchecked. #893

In the source if you change the default server from pbxes.org to your own and 
boot up Sipdroid, it will attempt to register over 3G once a username/password 
has been put in.

On first start-up only WLAN is checked, but Sipdroid will attempt a register 
over 3G even when it has not been checked yet.

How can this behavior be changed in the code?
